Free Bass Vst Plugin Bassline by EVM Synths. 

EVM Synths has some bassic settings including volume, tune, oct, duo, glide, bass sound samples selection, frequency, type, attack, decay, sustain, release, and gate to cut some noises. I have tested this bass synth plugin with my fl studio and the result is great especially for making digital music. Free bass synth like Bassline are usually free as it doesn't offer complex settings. Bassline vst plugin by EVM may require other plugins like amplifier to get bigger and fatter sound.

Observed by its sample sounds, Bassline is more like a bass modulator vst especially when considering some of the settings. It is actually wave sample bass player. So,  I don't recommend using this free vst bass guitar plugin for making rock music or pop one. I feel more comfortable and confidence in using this for digital music or dance music.
